Reporting Parking & Anti-Social Behaviour Incidents

October 12, 2019 by admin

If you see any anti-social behaviour or unusual behaviour which isn’t an emergency use the police 101 number to report it.  If the incident is logged then our new PCSO Leone Holmes can follow up the crime number. Obstructive parking is also a problem in Finedon so please report it to the Police as and when it occurs.  This way the Police can build up a picture of the problem and bring it to the fore.  Just remember, if it is not notified then the Police are unaware of the problem.  The 101 number should be used if the incident is not an emergency.  Remember if there is a crime being committed or it is an emergency call 999.

Northamptonshire’s – Yellow Flood Guidance Statement

February 11, 2014 by admin

Northamptonshire’s Emergency Planning team have received a Yellow Flood Guidance Statement to continue until at least Saturday.

We have put together an information page on our website to help residents find current flood warnings, to report a flood, and to prepare for flooding: http://www.northamptonshire.gov.uk/en/councilservices/fire/emergencies/emergency-prevention/Pages/flooding.aspx

It also hosts a light hearted video intended to help spread the safety message:  Keep out of floodwater.

We would be grateful if you could share this link on your websites and social media sites if you have them.
